Role Overview

• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections of construction materials, workmanship, and ongoing activities.
• Prepare and maintain quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) documentation.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and company quality policies.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain project quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in quality control and quality assurance within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting.
